Philosophy As life changes around us, our perceptions of ourselves can change. It is my goal to promote your helpful coping skills, and positive self-image, through these life transitions. I believe in meeting people wherever they are in their journey, working together to build a path to wellness. I aim to create a collaborative and trauma-sensitive space for this work to occur, often drawing from feminist and family systems theories. In our sessions, we will utilize a strengths based, solution-focused approach toward meeting your goals. While we can't always control what happens in our lives, we can work together to gain control over thoughts, reactions, and behaviors. It is my hope to empower you through prioritizing health and happiness, to become the best version of yourself.
