Philosophy: Life does not always equip us with the tools that we need to overcome every challenge. Therefore, dealing with the complexities of life is not easy. As your therapist my goal is to be a supportive figure in your journey through change. Working together, we will uncover the tools that best suit you to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or the hardships of life. Connecting with you using a relational approach, I ensure that trust is built. To support self-reflection and self-examination, I use a psychodynamic approach rooted in early childhood impacts on behavior and mental health. You are not what has happened to you, and you should not have to go through it alone.
