Philosophy Healing is hard, staying wounded is harder. I believe that you are the expert on yourself. My job is to help you discover tools and strengths that already exist within. I can support you in letting go of strategies that are no longer beneficial. Together we can develop new insights and practice new skills to assist you in meeting your goals. Building comfort and rapport with you is of primary importance to me. I strive to create a warm, respectful, supportive, empathic, challenging (when needed), and non-judgmental space where you openly be yourself. I truly believe that healing, change, and growth is a holistic process. I work from an eclectic approach, integrating psychodynamic perspective with DBT, CBT, Narrative, and Solution Focused techniques based on your unique needs. In addition, we can discuss natural options that help alleviate symptoms, promote mental health, and assist the work done in session.
