Philosophy
Life presents us with countless non-negotiables.  Therapy supports us as we learn the delicate dance between acknowledging these and the desire to thrive and heal. Tension often arises from this process. Within the tension, we also experience the impact of history, culture, and social structures on our lives. All of these factors are a part of how we understand ourselves.  Within the therapy process, I strive to hold all of these perspectives as we explore your wonderings and experiences with curiosity and compassion. In our work together, my goal is to support you, through dissecting the past, experiencing the present, and/or exploring the future. My goal is to empower you to cultivate liberation within the tension.
