Philosophy Life’s challenges can be hard to navigate but you do not have to do it alone. I aim to support, validate, and create a nonjudgmental space that allows your authentic self to feel welcomed. You are the expert in your journey and I am here to work alongside you. I believe that vulnerability is a superpower and through it, we can heal wounds we didn’t realize were there. My approach is eclectic and person-centered and is based on clients' needs and goals.
Intersectionality is an important part of the work I do. Our identities shape our experiences of discrimination and privileges. It is my commitment that clients are seen, valued, and celebrated by providing anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed therapy.
