Philosophy: Life, and the various roles that we play in our lives, can sometimes create an immense amount of pressure and stress. Many of us don’t have the tools or safe spaced needed to navigate the complexities of our jobs, relationships, and sense of self. My goal as your therapist is to cultivate an environment where you can explore and examine your individual needs while developing an understanding of your emotional self in varied contexts.
This space will be built on authenticity, directness, and compassion. Encouraging growth in confidence and self-awareness, as you learn how to navigate and process life transitions, cope with sociocultural stressors, manage conflict, and dive deep into the intersectionality of your identities and relationships.
Remember, the goal of your self-discovery journey is not perfection; healing must be met with grace and patience.
