Philosophy As someone who grew up in a community afflicted by inequities and a lack of mental health resources, I understand the difficulty of trying to manage life challenges while balancing the unspoken stigma attached to mental health. Starting your mental health journey can be a scary one - But it doesn't have to be done alone! I aim to create a compassionate and collaborative environment where you can share your story.
My style of practice is influenced by trauma- focused somatic work, womanist and mindfulness approach. I believe our bodies carry generational traumas and unhealed wounds - when clients feel comfortable / ready I will work with you to address the stress you may be carrying. Together, we can engage in meditative practices, journaling, and reflection. I believe that through telling our stories we can learn to recognize unhealthy patterns and create meaningful change.

In the smallest of steps taken toward counteracting indigenous invisibility, we acknowledge that our office sits on land stolen from the people of the Council of the Three Fires: Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi, as well as the Miami, Ho-Chunk, Menominee, Sac, and Fox. This land does not belong to us.
